Description:When no agents are logged in, leavewhenempty=yes does not kick you out, and joinempty=no still allows you to enter the queue.

****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ******

If I delete the agents from the queues.conf then I can't join the queue. I would expect that logged-out agents would not count as agents.

In the configuration attached, i would not expect to be able to join the queue, yet I can, and will wait forever.

I'm pretty sure those features are for use with dynamic queue members.  I have attached a patch to note this in queues.conf.

I have a disclaimer on file.  :)

For me these settings have worked as follows,

joinempty=no when no agents are logged into the queue, you cannot enter.
leavewhenempty=yes join the queue, let the agents phone ring until they are kicked from the logged in agents, if no more agents remain you are removed.

In my expirence both these settings have worked for me with static agents.

This is not a bug, but this behavior did change in CVS head, where you should find behavior much as you expect it to be.

Ah, I didn't catch those changes as they went into CVS head.

I added my config changes to the stable branch since that's how it works there.
