After a fresh restart of asterisk the following occurs.  And, to reproduce, just  restart asterisk, call from an extension to any other phone.  Park it.  You should hear MOH as both the parked and parking person.  Dial 700 . . . you will get the following . . . still with MOH but with no digits being said.  After you hangup, the MOH stops for the parked person.

Although you cannot hear the digits, if you dial 701 after going off-hook again, you can still pick up the call.

Once the behaviour documented above occurs once after a restart, my original bug note trace (bug 0003383) will occur on all subsequent parks.  The only thing that misbehaves then is that the MOH for the parked person will stop after the parking person hears the digits and hangs up.


WE CAN NOW REPRODUCE THIS BUG OVER AND OVER AND OVER . . . RELIABLY.
