| Description: | Since moving to Dahdi 2.6.1 from zaptel and from asterisk 1.4 to 11, we are experiencing a hardware freeze. The only way to recover is to reboot the machine. | ||

I see no description of the telephony hardware, nor to I see the dahdi configuration files. The panic is in wct4xxp/base.c. 3.5MB is excessive for a fuzzy JPEG! My suspicion is that the changes to the framer access patterns in 2.6.0 to speed up access is exposing an existing issue between the card and your server. We just went down again By: Shaun Ruffell (sruffell) 2012-10-16 09:08:27.160-0500 Yeah.....going from 2.6.1 to 2.5.1 shouldn't cause you any problems unless you're doing something non-standard or using a TE820. By: jmls (jmls) 2012-10-17 14:36:39.406-0500 going from 2.6.1 to 2.5.1 causes the freeze as soon as dahdi came online. Reverted to 2.6.1 , system crashed twice today. Have now replaced card with ISDN gateway. I can, however, move the card into a test rig to try and repeat the problem if required. I feel it's best to open a case with tech support so that they can collect information about your server and the specific card model you have and go from there. Odds are this isn't a DAHDI issue directly. | ||
