| Description: | According to the ITU-T G.704 specification the Multiframe Alignment Signalling byte has the following structure:  0000 XYXX where: 0000 - Multiframe Alignment Signal X1,X2,X3 - spare bit that must be set to 1 if not used Y - bit used for alarm indication to remote site. Astribank E1/T1 DAHDI module sets the X bits to 0 that causes problems with some telco providers. They mistakenly detect remote MFAS alarm. Workaround: apply the attached fix to /usr/share/dahdi/init_card_4_30 .  | ||
