Could you try if this also happens on dahdi-linux 2.0.0?  I fear this may be related to http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=14183.

I also think it may be related - that is why I monitoring your issue. unfortunately I found it after i already submitted my.

The problem is that I do not know how to reliably reproduce the problem - so installing dahdi-2.0.0 and testing may not crash not because there is no bug tehre but only because I did not trigger it...
