Well, it seems I had to reboot my server after I compiled and installed the source. Once rebooted, the script worked fine.  Not the ideal solution, but that's the work around.

Is it that dahdi failed to load because zaptel was already loaded?

By: Paul Belanger (pabelanger) 2008-10-08 11:07:17

tzafrir: I'm sorry but I don't know if zaptel was loaded or not.

What I did, on a machine running zaptel, was download, compile, and install dahdi.  When I tried to start it, that is when it failed.

Can you reproduce this?

I'm not really sure what this one is. Unless it is reproduced in a while, I think it should be closed.

tzafrir: Feel free to close this out.  If I run into the issue again, I'll document the step to reproduce it.
