Description:	I am in the process of adding support for app_confbridge to our software. In order to do so I basically have to rewrite one of our oldest core scripts that looks for channels in Meetme conferences to also work with confbridge. This script is so old that it is actually issuing a Asterisk CLI command via the Asterisk AMI to list the Meetme conferences as there was no other way at the time it was written. I want to change it to actually use the MeetmeList AMI action, but there is no documentation on the MeetmeList AMI event. I can see the output in the AMI, but without the documentation I dont know what some of the fields can have for options.
