Description: | Allows disabling CDR on newly created channels by default.
This negates the need to liberally sprinkle Set(CDR_PROP(disable)=1) all over the dialplan for anything that can answer where CDR is not desired. In large dialplans, this can comprise the majority of the dialplan. Not only is this unwieldy, but it is not always even possible depending on how a call is created (e.g. Originate connected to an app rather than an exten). Existing behavior remains unchanged. | ||
