Description:	In Solaris 11, the tool {{automake}} exists without the need to add a version number, which was introduced in Commit [344a0f8|http://github.com/asterisk/asterisk/commit/344a0f8f7b4a9476cc7bdcd5f6a9589cdf606309] (ASTERISK-15231). Because of this, the current script {{./bootstrap.sh}} fails. The attached script works even in Solaris 11.
