Description:	The PJMEDIA SDP negotiator allows a fixed number of formats to be present on a media stream. In newer versions of Asterisk this can be exceeded if allow=all is used. The res_pjsip_sdp_rtp module should restrict to the maximum allowed, and bundled should be increased to allow more.
