| Description: | When reviewing https://reviewboard.asterisk.org/r/4597/, it became clear that there are some odd behaviors with global PJSIP options, and the best way to handle this consistently is to perform checks similar to other configuration sections: if there is no global configuration section, then create a global configuration with default values. | ||||
