Comments: | By: tootai (tootai) 2014-04-30 06:05:34.507-0500 If the sip.conf contain includes and one of this include is modified, a sip reload does nothing *if you don't make any modification* in the sip.conf himself Another test where you can have this behavior: restart asterisk, connect on it and try a sip reload => no reload.
