Description:	In order to support a consistent RESTful HTTP API, we should add a small framework for building out the API. * Method for documenting the API (a la [Swagger|http://swagger.wordnik.com/]) * Method for compiling the API into implementation stubs. * Code to bind the stubs to a {{ast_http_uri}} handler. I have some proof-of-concept code that does all of this. Needs clean up and review.
