Description:	ASTERISK-19827 covered a regression that was introduced in improper usage of the ASTOBJ macros.  The effect was that subscribing to any MWI notifications from an external source would crash Asterisk, so long as dnsmgr was not enabled. Since dnsmgr is not normally enabled, this is something that probably could have been caught very easily by a test. This task is to create a test that covers subscribing to MWI notifications from an external SIP UA.
