Description:There is a connection between our Avaya PBX and Asterisk PBX. We connect them with h323 protocol. Everything goes well but sometimes in a call the incoming voice lost. We guess this will be voice packet lost. When i look at /var/log/h323_log there are an error list like below;

is there any idea what causes this?

Mehmet, chan_ooh323 is an extended support module. That means it'll be up to a community developer to look at and provide development support. The report has been acknowledged. You may want to ask on IRC or the mailing list to get eyes on it.   It would be a good idea to attach more details on your exact h323 configuration, including any .conf files involved and perhaps your extensions.conf file. You may want to look over https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Collecting+Debug+Information and gather a full log with verbose and debug 5 at least during when the issue happens.

Please be sure to sanitize it for any private information.

please provide ooh323_log with tracelevel=6 in [general] section of ooh323.conf (don't forget do 'ooh323 reload' after
changing ooh323.conf

Looks like to avaya try to renegotiate logical channel by some reason.

Mehmet,

Please specify calls that have lost of voice in attached log.
Error messages about logical channels aren't errors really just warning that display due to your PBX send disconnect signal without close logical channel commands.
