This document will provide instructions on how to collect debugging logs from an Asterisk machine for the purpose of helping bug marshals troubleshoot an issue: https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Collecting+Debug+Information Please also provide your full sip.conf, extensions.conf, and queues.conf. Thanks! By: manish thakor (manish) 2012-05-18 01:09:49.981-0500 Hi, Here is the attachment you required. Currently we are using IPPhone of Techroutes make (model no IPTone 300 series ). By: Rusty Newton (rnewton) 2012-05-21 16:32:25.125-0500 Manish, for the logs provided, can you point out a specific timestamp where the unexpected behavior occurs? Additionally can you provide further description of the environment for this issue? You mention "its running perfectly but after some time", what period of time does this occur in, referenced from the startup of Asterisk? Can you also provide an example queue member for which their status becomes busy unexpectedly? By: manish thakor (manish) 2012-05-22 07:29:49.565-0500 It would be happened at any time not a specific timestamps. Queue member becomes in use and member did not received call then after i restart asterisk and inuse member status becomes Notinuse. My Queue member like: Members: 1035 (SIP/1119) (dynamic) (Not in use) has taken 6 calls (last was 1652 secs ago) 1012 (SIP/1122) (dynamic) (Not in use) has taken 3 calls (last was 4744 secs ago) 1026 (SIP/1112) (dynamic) (Not in use) has taken 1 calls (last was 5843 secs ago) 1030 (SIP/1116) (dynamic) (Not in use) has taken no calls yet By: manish thakor (manish) 2012-07-04 02:10:12.878-0500 It would be happened at any time not a specific timestamps. Colp (jcolp) 2017-12-19 05:53:41.501-0600 Are you still experiencing this problem under a supported version of Asterisk? The way that device state works was fundamentally changed, as was the handling within the app_queue application itself.
