Description:When user profile option "announce_join_leave" is set to "yes", the only available behavior is to prompt the user for their name.
There are several use cases where it would be useful to set the prompt without recording.
- Pre-recorded name associated with an incoming number
- Multi-room environment (no need to record again and again)
- Admin or marked profile default recording

The best option seems to be a channel variable like 'CONFBRIDGE_NAME_REC' with the following behavior:
- If set, use it for announcing the user.
- If not set, then prompt the user for their name, and set the variable with recording full path.
- Only delete the recording if it was prompted and on channel hangup.
