Description:All calls coming in via IAX are sent to the h extension.
Or rather all calls that would match an extensions. calls to non-existant extensions are rejected.
The same context is fine with chan_sip and chan_lcr.

[2012-03-08 02:15:03]     -- Accepting AUTHENTICATED call from 10.9.42.2:
[2012-03-08 02:15:03]   == Spawn extension (dial-user, 23240, -1) exited non-zero on 'IAX2/yeti-lmaa-189'
[2012-03-08 02:15:03]     -- Executing [h@dial-user:1] Verbose("IAX2/yeti-lmaa-189", "1,====   Hangup dial-user:0 ") in new stack

Please not the priority -1.

Same configuration on 10.2.0 is ok.

We require a complete debug log and your iax.conf/extensions.conf to help triage the issue. This document will provide instructions on how to collect debugging logs from an Asterisk machine for the purpose of helping bug marshals troubleshoot an issue: https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Collecting+Debug+Information

I think this is a duplicate of ASTERISK-19424.  Please update your trunk checkout.
