|Description:||A calls B, with T option in Dial. B answer the call. A calls atxfer, dial to C and hangup. When C rejects or not answer the call returns to A. When A answer, A can't transfer the call again.|

You did not specify, but it looks like you are doing a DTMF transfer. Correct?

Yes it is dtmf but the DTMF isn't the problem. Looks like that the extension which was the source becames destination and can't transfer anymore.
When I tried with Tt, the problem was not reproduced.

Attached the logs. 3012 calls 33306032. 33306032 answer. 3012 atxfer to 3013 and hangup. 3013 do not answer. 3012 is called back. 3012 answer and can't transfer anymore.
