Qualify is turned off:

Name/username              Host                                    Dyn Forcerport ACL Port     Status
vitelity                   64.2.142.94                                  N      5060     Unmonitored

This is behind a NO-NAT device and there's a suspecion it's somehow related.  But the main question is, what in the world is the system monitoring when we have OPTION packets disabled?  The host is something like 30ms away from us... no idea where such a large number comes from.

One of my techs noticed that the values keep increasing by a fairly large number each time.

By the way, I'm having some issues with 1.8.9 and MPLAYER which is why I haven't been able to upgrade.

We require a complete debug log to help triage the issue.  This document will provide instructions on how to collect debugging logs from an Asterisk machine for the purpose of helping bug marshals troubleshoot an issue: https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Collecting+Debug+Information
