Comments: | By: Leif Madsen (lmadsen) 2011-09-12 12:45:11.739-0500 You'll need to provide additional information so this issue can be reproduced. Please provide the applicable dialplan logic along with the console output when this is happening (and the data leading up to it) By: Paul Caligari (paulypc) 2011-09-15 05:44:58.755-0500 I apologise. I don't know where the dial plan login is. We are using FOP2 and that third party application does the dial plan. I have explored the FOP2 forums and found that this appears to be a bug in chanspy that was fixed on the 1,6 asterisk branch but not on then 1.8 If you can let me know how to isolate the debug info you require for a single call on a very busy switch I'm happy to try and get it for you. By: Paul Caligari (paulypc) 2011-09-15 12:40:23.490-0500 Upgraded from 1.8.3.3 to 1.8.6.0 and it's all good!! |
