Description:We can listen in to any channel with no problems.  As soon as we try to whisper the call is disconnected.

We have call record always on.

You'll need to provide additional information so this issue can be reproduced.

Please provide the applicable dialplan logic along with the console output when this is happening (and the data leading up to it)

I apologise.  I don't know where the dial plan login is.  We are using FOP2 and that third party application does the dial plan.

I have explored the FOP2 forums and found that this appears to be a bug in chanspy that was fixed on the 1,6 asterisk branch but not on then 1.8

If you can let me know how to isolate the debug info you require for a single call on a very busy switch I'm happy to try and get it for you.

Upgraded from 1.8.3.3 to 1.8.6.0 and it's all good!!
