| Description: | I have configured the voice mail and my SIP and IAX extensions in real time mode with mysql database. I am facing the issue in leave voice message option by pressing 5 digit in advance option menu after heard the voice mail. When I select the leave voice mail option, system ask me to enter the extension number; and following issue I have noticed. 1) System accepting only the mail box number instead of the configured SIP or IAX extension. 2) When I entered the mailbox number, it is playing the number and go back to the main menu instead of the record message. | ||

For continued maintenance support please move to the 1.8 branch which is a long term support (LTS) branch. After testing with Asterisk 1.8, if you find this problem has not been resolved, please open a new issue against Asterisk 1.8. Also, there doesn't seem to be sufficient information provided to confirm a bug, as against a support issue.
