Description:If there are two parties in a ConfBridge and one of them puts the call on hold, the hold state is passed on to the other party.
If the 1st party unholds with still only 2 parties in total, this gets passed on to the other party as well, and everything is fine.

If however a 3rd party joins in that state, the 2nd party stays on hold and will continue to hear MOH, while he can be heard by others.
If the 1st party unholds with >2 parties in total, the change is not passed on to the 2nd party and he stays in that state.

Please note that ConfBridge in Asterisk 1.8 is in extended support [1].  This means development support comes primarily from the Asterisk developer community, and response times may reflect that.  If you'd like, please re-test with Asterisk 10 to see if this is an issue in that version as well.

I just tested again with 10.4.0-rc1 and that does not seem to propagate hold state any more.
So no missing audio, either.
