Description:Executing ChanSpy to a SIP ULAW call produces repeated out of:
[Jun  6 18:51:44] WARNING[9901]: chan_sip.c:6083 sip_write: Asked to transmit frame type slin, while native formats is 0x4 (ulaw) read/write = 0x4 (ulaw)/0x4 (ulaw)

No audio is heard on the ChanSpy side.

Small patch used to dynamically fix sip channel audio when bridged

Applied the patch but still displays the same error and no audio is heard.

It appears the bug you have submitted is against a rather old version of a supported branch of Asterisk. There have been many issues fixed between the version you are using and the current version of your branch. Please test with the latest version in your Asterisk branch and report whether the issue persists.

Additionally if this remains an issue please attach configuration information for sip.conf, sip debug, dialplan logic, and Asterisk debug.
