Description: | I know Pickup was modified for queue calls in the past, but unfortunately it doesn't work unless a Queue member's channel is ringing. Members that are assigned to a queue statically are wrung and can be answered using PickUp, but when adding a member to a queue using AddQueueMember that member won't be wrung unless they are available. Assuming all agents are added in this way, Pickup will only work when a member is available (and ringing). In a call center environment it is important to be able to answer a queue call without actually being part of the queue. That being said I propose an Application that would allow for pickup of queue calls while they are still in the Application Queue, before they actually ring a Queue Member. | ||
