Description:Hello All,

Asterisk Version 1.4.38
OS Ubuntu 10.04.01

We running call center more than 75 users. We have different processes so we have to transfer call to one queue to another queue.

But our agent unable to transfer inbound call to another queue or another agents.
We are using eyebeam 1.5 here as sofphone client. When agent click on XFER button
of Eyebeam and dial the particular exten eyebeam shows Transfer successfully.
But the call Hung up and agent is also logged out from queue.

Another thing I have tested that when agent is not logged in queue and when he do outbound calls then he/she able to transfer calls to another queue or agent.  

Please help me.

open Attached file with notepad++. This is the call flow for call transfer.
(Note: 10.114.61.2 and 192.168.0.144 are same server IP )
