Description:The "T" option for dial is used to allow for calling parties to do feature transfers.  Although it does work, any time you attempt to a feature transfer asterisk tries to dial the extension after only one digit is input.  It basically ignores the featuredigittimeout value set in features.conf.  

Note that the lowercase "t" option (allow for called parties to do transfers) functions properly regardless of whether T is set or not.
