Description:We are having problems with asterisk:
asterisk 1.6.2.1
dahdi-linux-2.2.1
dahdi-tools-2.2.1
libpri-1.4.10.2
It crashes once a month and we canĀ“t find explanation.
Some of the strange messages we see is:
"T200 counter expired, What to do"
"Delaying transmission of 25, window is 7/7 long"

When we restart the asterisk service the problem is fixed.

Thank you for your bug report. In order to move your issue forward, we require a backtrace[1] from the core file produced after the crash.

Also, be sure you have DONT_OPTIMIZE enabled in menuselect within the Compiler Flags section, then:

make install

after enabling, reproduce the crash, and then execute the backtrace[1] instructions.

When complete, attach that file to this issue report.

Is there a way to solve the problem before it crashes again?
I don`t want asterisk to crash again. Please any ideas of what may be happening will be appreciated.
Is it a problem with the card?

What I mean by crash is that outgoing calls don`t work and the problem with incoming calls is that the person that picks up the call doesn`t hear the other person calling.
thanks a lot.

You might try updating to newer software versions. If you are worried about upgrading everything at once star with DAHDI. My production box is running DAHDI 2.3.0.1 and libpri 1.4.10.2 processing thousands of calls a day. I would also check to see if there is a firmware update for the interface card you are using.

firmware update for the interface card  - what do you mean by this?

You most certainly need to be running a newer version of all the software involved. You're running several months behind.

This sounds a bit like a deadlock to me, so you'll need to provide this information: https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Getting+a+Backtrace#GettingaBacktrace-GettingInformationForADeadlock
