| Description: | I have a queue (with rrmemory strategy). In that queue are many agent, some with no penalty value, some with 50, some with 95, some with 10. Every time a call comes in, the member (the only one) with a penalty of 50 is called. I have a test system where things work as expected, but that one queue does that. He's not the worst agent, nor the best. He sits right smack in the middle and he's called,even if better/worst agents are Not in use. Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this? The penalties are shown to be the desired one when "queue show" is used. | ||
