Description: | One a system with around 10 Polycom SIP phones After a while, the agent status (and their associates SIP user hints) get messed up regarding "On Hold". When the agent presses Hold, the phone shows "In Use" and when they take the call back, it says "On Hold" (basically, it says the opposite of what it should). It's a problem because then the agents cannot get calls anyone as when they hang up after this issue appears, the phone is considered On Hold forever (instead of "Not in use"). ****** STEPS TO REPRODUCE ****** I have no idea, but it's fairly common after an agent has been logged in for a few hours. | ||
Comments: | By: Leif Madsen (lmadsen) 2011-02-18 13:42:24.000-0600 You're going to have to provide debug level logging and some console output showing this happening, along with a simple dialplan and configuration file set which causes this issue to be reproducible. I've turned off the eventsonhold feature as it wasn't something the customer who had that could live with. |
