Description: | When Asterisk receives a call from the PSTN, then the IVR starts, if the customer presses any digit 6 or more times, asterisk hangs up the line. The same is true if for example the customer calls and wants to communicate with the extension eg 201 for SIP/201 call when you hear the "Ringing tone" and the client then press any digit 6 or more times, asterisk hangs up the line . This happens to me using a TDM400 Card-P and not with other cards if the same thing happen. Using ASTERISK-1.8.1 ****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ****** N/A | ||
Comments: | By: Paul Belanger (pabelanger) 2011-02-14 20:02:11.000-0600 Thanks for your comments. This does not appear to be a bug report and we are closing it. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise your question in the support tracker, http://www.asterisk.org/support By: Manuel Alejandro Nin Hilario (manuelnin) 2011-02-15 15:52:47.000-0600 Sorry but that is an asterisk issue and have to be fixed. Please, first test what i wrote and then you can take a decision if close or not the issue topic ;D By: Paul Belanger (pabelanger) 2011-02-15 16:34:37.000-0600 Until you provide detailed information about how to reproduce the issue, this is no more then a dialplan configuration issue. Please review the previously post link for Asterisk support. The issue tracker is not the correct location for this.
