Description: | auth=rsa doesn't work anymore. We had 2 Asterisk servers connected together in iax (both 1.4) with auth=rsa and proper keys for user and peer in each direction. It worked well till we upgraded one of them to Asterisk 1.6.13 (also tried 1.6.15) Since we get "No authority found". Other end is 1.4.38 version We thought that problem came from keys as the server with 1.6.13 was changed in the mean time, so we regenerated both keys on each server and copy the public of each one to the other: problem stays. Comments: | By: Leif Madsen (lmadsen) 2011-01-04 15:20:36.000-0600 Can you provide some console output as well in addition to your configuration so it can be reproduced? By: tootai (tootai) 2011-01-05 05:42:03.000-0600 Done. You will see that it's not the same error when calling from 1.4 to 1.6 (no policie found) than from 1.6 to 1.4 where it HANGUP immediately. Thanks for your help By: Russell Bryant (russell) 2011-07-27 13:46:59.130-0500 Per the Asterisk maintenance timeline page at http://www.asterisk.org/asterisk-versions maintenance (bug) support for the 1.4 and 1.6.x branches has ended. For continued maintenance support please move to the 1.8 branch which is a long term support (LTS) branch. For more information about branch support, please see https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Versions If this is still an issue, please open a new issue so it can be re-triaged appropriately. Thanks! |
