Description:I worked on the support of Mandriva for install_prereq script, with a current version "Mandriva-linux-free-2010-spring-i586"

Two things:
- I have not added libopenh323-devel, there are currently a problem on ./configure with ptlib/pwlib.
- res_calendar_* modules have "undefined reference" compilation problem.

I'm not really a Mandriva user, feel free to comment!

This is obviously rather old but ...

If you still wanted this included, please resolve the two findings that you yourself had with the configure script. Once all modules can be built with the prereqs installed, this can go in.
