Description: | I have two Asterisk 1.4.37 server. Server A receive a dahdi call and forward the call directly to server B which ring the receptionnist phone 1. The receptionnist then transfer the call to phone 2 which is registered on server A using the same trunk. When phone 2 answer, the iax2 channel is never released.
