Description: | I have some agents (realtime), and if calllimit is set to a value > 0, then the status works ok, Ringing, Not in Use, Busy, ...... But if the value is set to 0 or null the status is never changed from Not in Use, or when the device is turned off is Unavailable, but there are no changes on the device state. Comments: | By: Leif Madsen (lmadsen) 2010-09-21 14:24:18 Seems like a configuration issue to me. ;callcounter = yes ; Enable call counters on devices. This can be set per ; device too. By: Sebastian Gutierrez (sum) 2010-09-21 14:29:04 sorry my error, that configuration desapeared from my conf file.... yo can close this issue.
