|Description:||I have some agents (realtime), and if calllimit is set to a value > 0, then the status works ok, Ringing, Not in Use, Busy, ......|
But if the value is set to 0 or null the status is never changed from Not in Use, or when the device is turned off is Unavailable, but there are no changes on the device state. (ringinuse=0)

Seems like a configuration issue to me.
;callcounter = yes ; Enable call counters on devices. This can be set per
; device too.

sorry my error, that configuration desapeared from my conf file....
