Description:
Since the IPv6 switch of the Trunk I am having the problem, that ChanSpy is hanging up one of the spied channels, when I try to spy on one.
Sadly I haven't found any hint in the message + debug log.

My whole config is behind a nat, that's why I am creating both channels as directmedia=no (the spied one to, but i tested it from in- and outside that doesn't matter, so I don't think it's a SIP error), so asterisk handles everything. I also tried to change codecs, but it happens with all codecs, so I have no hint, when this happens.

****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ******

Basically, I wanted to ask if some can test Channelspy with two locally bridged channels.

We require a complete debug log to help triage the issue.

This document will provide instructions on how to collect debugging logs from an Asterisk machine for the purpose of helping bug marshals troubleshoot an issue:

There is a bit of garbage in the log file, but if you search for chanspy you will find the part where asterisk tries to create a connection, and just drops all channels out of the bridge. ... That's what I read so far.

I have this issue too. I've uploaded a log file from the following scenario: Phone 1452 is calling a queue, Phone 1451 is picking up the call. Then Phone 1454 tries to listen to phone 1451 and the connection between 1452 and 1451 drops.

what happens when 1454 hangs up?  is all ok between 1452 and 1451 again ?

this may be related to https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=18382

No, I don't think this is related. As soon as 1454 starts monitoring, the connection between 1452 and 1451 is hung up. You can see the usual "Spawn extension" log message in the log file, that occurs when a channel is hung up.

BTW, this occurs in Version 1.6.2.15, with Aastra 55i phones. We have 5 licenses for the G729 codec.

Per the Asterisk maintenance timeline page at http://www.asterisk.org/asterisk-versions maintenance (bug) support for the 1.4 and 1.6.x branches has ended. For continued maintenance support please move to the 1.8 branch which is a long term support (LTS) branch. For more information about branch support, please see https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Versions

If this is still an issue, please open a new issue so it can be re-triaged appropriately. Thanks!
