Description:In queues.conf there is an "announce" field.
If it has some value, or even empty value, and the queue configuration is reloaded, everything is fine.
But if this property is removed from queues.conf file, queue stores last used file as it's announce message, and plays it later on.
I suppose, absence of this property should mean no file, same as "announce=", because a person looking into the file would be confused by absence of any announce in it while hearing some file playing.
