Can you submit the electronic license agreement and then submit the patch? If the patch is submitted first then the license can't be associated with it.

This error occurs and when applied the patch. The patch is taken Mandriva src.rpm.

You're not understanding what I'm asking. The patch you've submitted can't be used or reviewed. You must submit the electronic license agreement PRIOR to submitting the patch.

Please sign the electronic license agreement first, then submit your patch to the issue. You will need to resubmit your previous patch.

What is the patch supposed to fix?  Or is this a feature request (without a patch)?

Issue suspended. This appears to be something outside of Asterisk that cannot be submitted by the reporter.
