Description: | Phone Fanvil BW210 connected by SIP protocol Incomming channel correct switch to hold (by pressing Hold key on phone) and never unhold (MOH stay playing). This issue only with incoming call, hold/unhold outgoing calls work correct. On Asterisk 1.4.33 hold/unhold work correctly | ||

I think the issue is that MoH doesn't turn off after a call is being put on hold? Which channel/device has the MoH, etc...? By: Leif Madsen (lmadsen) 2010-07-16 13:41:05 There is a good chance this is an issue with the phone. Please test with something else like X-Lite and see if you can reproduce it.
