I created a tif file in Microsoft Paint and Asterisk crashed when it tried to process it for faxing.

I have a core dump but it is 2.17MB when zipped, I can send it to whomever needs it.

You will have to contact Digium directly, since this is a product, not part of the open source version of Asterisk.
