Description:	I compiled with these Compiler Flags (make menuconfig): DONT_OPTIMIZE DEBUG_THREADS LOADABLE_MODULES MALLOC_DEBUG but have core show locks and as result issue ASTERISK-1630507

When you enable MALLOC_DEBUG you get the 'core show locks' CLI command... you're going to have to elaborate.
