Description: | Per the discussion at http://lists.digium.com/pipermail/asterisk-users/2010-January/243939.html a consensus seems to have been reached that 603 Declined should be replaced by 487 Request Terminated. Here is a patch to make that change. | ||
Comments: | By: Olle Johansson (oej) 2010-02-15 02:40:58.000-0600 That wasn't the consensus really. If Asterisk is authorative for the domain, we should use a 6xx error class, if not a 4xx error. This applies to many error codes and we need some more work to be able to configure whether we are authorative or not per domain. By: Corey Edwards (tensai) 2010-02-15 03:48:03.000-0600 Ah, well then I may have misunderstood. I guess use this bug to track the issue if you want. Just trying to help keep the ball rolling. By: Olle Johansson (oej) 2010-02-18 01:36:36.000-0600 Leif: HOw is this ready for testing when I clearly said that this patch is not the code we want? tensai: Thanks for trying to help out!!! Sorry for the misunderstanding. Let's try to get the code we need done. By: Leif Madsen (lmadsen) 2010-03-03 09:22:23.000-0600 oej: I misread your note or missed it -- you have just as much ability as me to change this to something appropriate instead of leaving it in an incorrect state. By: Corey Edwards (tensai) 2013-11-02 22:57:58.818-0500 Per Olle, this was not the correct fix for this issue |
