transfer.pcap
0733025975 (cell phone) calls 0317998975 (SIP phone)
0317998975 transfers the call to 985 (another SIP phone)

Magnus, as i understand BLINDTRANSFER variable set up on B and C side channels, not A side, i.e on sender and receiver of transferred call. In your case this variable must be set on SIP/975 and SIP/985 channels not on OOH323/Avaya.
Please correct me if i'm not right.

Looks like u are correct, my fault. Sorry.
But still BLINDTRANSFER is empty, when call get transfered from ooh323 by a SIP phone to another SIP phone.
Should this issue be moved to chan_sip?

Per the Asterisk maintenance timeline page at http://www.asterisk.org/asterisk-versions maintenance (bug) support for the 1.4 and 1.6.x branches has ended. For continued maintenance support please move to the 1.8 branch which is a long term support (LTS) branch. For more information about branch support, please see https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Versions

If this is still an issue, please open a new issue so it can be re-triaged appropriately. Thanks!
