Description:I have tested two different SIP trunk providers and when putting an outside caller on hold from my Snom 360 the outside caller cannot hear any Music On Hold.
Downgrading to Asterisk 1.4.24 fixes the problem.

In the capture I have anonymized some public IP addresses and phone numbers to keep that info private.

Call flow:
Dialed number=19057125555 to sip:6474275555
Answered by ext <sip:230@10.0.0.115:5060
placed on hold by <sip:230@10.0.0.115:5060
NO MOH is heard by remote party
<sip:230@10.0.0.115:5060 takes hold back from hold
<sip:230@10.0.0.115:5060 hangs up

Duplicate of ASTERISK-1607268?

By: David Brillert (aragon) 2009-11-23 12:28:05.000-0600

Possibly, I'll test the patch from ASTERISK-15159 and confirm

Yes, confirmed.
I just checked out SVN-branch-1.4-r230875 and MOH works fine
My ticket can be closed out as a duplicate of ASTERISK-15159
