Description:I setup queue for inbound and outgoing callcenter.
agents joins the queue and avery call route to agents based on fewestcall strategy.
all agents have x-lite softswitch.
an agent pick up phone and dialed external number.
at this time when incomming call arrived cli show the agent is idle so incomming call transfered to this agent.
