| Description: | Good Afternoon People, I'm using asterisk 1.4.26.2 and queue in mysql and I am not able to put the customer on hold, because the extension agent is busy and when the queue gets the link it does not put on hold and now transfers to the same branch he being busy . I wonder what is the field that I can enable this kind of waiting in line. | ||
