Description:Hi,

I have a queue and some callers are sometimes stuck in the queue.

Do you need further information ?

Thank you,

Simon

Yes.  Lots.

Verbose CLI trace for a problem call.
How the queue is configured.
If the members are agents, what sort of agent.
"queue show" output for a problem call.  Ideally with only the problem call present.
May well need the debug output from "core set debug 5 app_queue.c".  (Hope I've got that one right.)

Okay David, thanks for your answer.

First of all, we use FreePBX 2.5.1.5.

We have 5 Static Agents.

I'll put the log you want, when the problem happens again.

I have to go, but i'll give you the configuration of the queue and other information in few hours.

Thanks
