Description: | We installed 1.6.2.0-beta3 on one of our production units and used opensips to pass some traffic to it. We saw a crash and core dump every few hours. I do not have the time to run the core dumps through gdb/valgrind at the moment, but I thought I would provide them here incase someone wants to look in the mean time. Richard | ||
Comments: | By: Richard Hamnett (riksta) 2009-08-04 03:53:54 I have more core dumps but I am not allowed to attach them as they are over the max file size limit. Contact me for more. By: David Woolley (davidw) 2009-08-04 05:55:16 Core dumps of no use without the matching unstripped binaries (including system libraries). I don't think anyone would have the time to install those, even if you supplied them. Why are you using a beta version if you do not have time to provide full bug reports? By: Richard Hamnett (riksta) 2009-08-04 06:07:10 I think you misread, I said I do not have time at the moment, and I will get to it soon. By: Richard Hamnett (riksta) 2009-08-04 06:08:45 just close it if you have a problem and I shall re-open one. By: Russell Bryant (russell) 2009-08-04 09:08:47 No worries, just let us know if you can get some backtraces from gdb for us to look at! By: Leif Madsen (lmadsen) 2009-08-20 16:39:02 Hey riksta: I'm just closing this issue now because it's been a couple of weeks since the issue was opened without the backtraces, and it is the policy to close issues after about a week of no activity. If you are able to get the backtraces please reopen the issue and attach the information here. Thanks! |
