| Description: | I have a queue with several agents, the agents are grouped by skills, each skill as a penalty associated. Now a call enter in to the queue and all agents of that skill are busy execept one. The problem is the asterisk keep trying the only avaiable agent in that skill instead of trying the agents in a skill lower than the previous. We need this feature because de lower penalty is backup of the main agents. I don't if this is a bug or a feature. | ||
