Description:According to this old patch/feature 0007814: [patch][post 1.4] super quiet option to meetme , it's supposed to have been fixed.  It is not.  You can put the 'q' in and the only thing it doesn't play is the "You are user number (whatever)" but, it still plays the "You are entering conference number blah" msg. Remove the 'q' and both messages play with no problem.

****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ******

It's not been fixed...at all.

Assigned to Mr. Brooks to see if he can take this to completion. Get a hold of me if you get stuck on this issue. Thanks!

sp1d3rmxn, I am not experiencing this. Can you provide the relevant lines in your extensions.conf and meetme.conf files?

dbrooks: he reported against 1.4.21.1 -- can you reproduce on that issue? If so, and it isn't an issue on the latest 1.4.x release, then you can close this issue as 'fixed'.

Thanks!

I am testing with 1.4.21.1, but the default MeetMe() conference is already quiet except for "you are currently the only person in this conference". Adding the 'q' option quiets even this, so I'm not sure how sp1d3rmxn is experiencing this issue.

Closing issue. Unable to reproduce.
